1. Introduction & Company Information

These Terms of Service govern your use of ayzana.co.uk and the purchase of bespoke botanical home fragrance products. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

AYZANA London operates from registered office premises at 4 Crown Place, London EC2A 4BT, United Kingdom (postal correspondence only; hand-pouring studio operates digitally to maintain strict curing conditions; strictly no public visits or in-person collections). All customer support inquiries are managed digitally via our dedicated email desk at [email protected].

2. Contract Formation & Made-to-Order Nature

When you complete checkout on our storefront, you receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute binding contract acceptance.

The legally binding contract of sale is formed when we begin batch pouring and dispatch your items. Because our candles are hand-poured to order with custom label artwork, once production commences, orders cannot be cancelled or modified pursuant to Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3. Pricing, Currency & Payments

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and include complimentary tracked UK delivery. Payment is accepted via Stripe using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store or process raw credit card numbers.

4. Safe Use & Product Safety (BS EN 15494)

Candles are fire products and must be treated with appropriate caution. By purchasing an Ayzana candle, you agree to observe all safety instructions provided on the underside CLP label and in our Candle Care & Safety Guide:

• Never burn a candle unattended.
• Always burn on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from draughts, flammable objects, children, and pets.
• Trim the wick to 5mm prior to every burn to prevent excess smoking and overheating.
• Do not burn continuously for longer than 4 hours per session.
• Discontinue burning when 10mm of un-melted wax remains at the bottom of the glass jar.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter, and formation are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and AYZANA agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
