1. Why We Pour to Order

Unlike mass-manufactured department store candles that sit in distribution warehouses for months, every Ayzana candle is poured fresh upon receipt of your order.

Natural coconut-soy wax requires a 5 to 8 day resting period. This curing phase allows natural plant waxes to lock in perfume oils, ensuring an even burn and a rich, room-filling fragrance.

2. Total Turnaround Timeline

Order Processing & Hand-Pour (Days 1 to 2)Botanical wax is melted, infused with oils, and hand-poured into warmed glass jars.

Workshop Curing (Days 2 to 7)Candles rest in temperature-controlled dark storage for optimal crystal bonding.

Apothecary Labelling & Gift Wrap (Day 7 to 8)Full-colour matte label hand-applied, cello-wrapped, and tied with ribbon.

Royal Mail Tracked Dispatch (Days 8 to 10)Dispatched in protective postal boxes with email tracking updates sent to you.

3. Delivery Address Accuracy Notice

Important: Once an order has entered dispatch at our British workshop, we cannot make modifications to the delivery address. Please verify your postcode, flat/house number, and recipient name thoroughly before placing your order.

Every candle ships in an unbranded, protective outer corrugated cardboard box with 100% biodegradable and recyclable eco-fill to safeguard the glassware against transit shocks.
